1. Definitions

• "Buyer" / "Customer" / "You" - the person placing an order on our website.
• "Vistaphotos" / "Supplier" / "We" / "Us" - the operator of .
• "Services" - custom photo printing, photo framing, and related products offered on our website.
• "Contract" - a binding agreement formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.
• "Goods" - the physical products ordered by you through our website.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place orders.

3. Ordering

3.1 Placing an Order

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Vistaphotos. After you submit your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order - a binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email indicating that your order is being processed.

3.2 Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided at the time of ordering - including photo uploads, size selections, quantity, and delivery address - are accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided by you.

3.3 Custom Products

All photo prints and frames are custom-produced to your specifications. As such, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI payments processed securely through Razorpay. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We do not offer credit terms or cash on delivery.

4.3 Payment Security

We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. All payment data is processed and encrypted by Razorpay in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a payment fails after being deducted from your account, the amount will typically be refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. Contact us if you do not receive a refund within this timeframe.

5. Production & Delivery

Production times are 1-3 business days. Delivery timelines and shipping charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Vistaphotos is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of every product we produce. If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing fault, or damage caused during transit, we will reprint and reship it at no additional cost, provided you:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, or within 14 days of delivery for print quality issues.
• Provide clear photographic evidence or an unboxing video (for transit damage) clearly showing the defect.

Quality issues caused by low-resolution image uploads or by specifications chosen by the customer are not covered by this guarantee.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Before Production Begins

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided production has not yet started. Contact us immediately at vistaphotohub@gmail.com. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

7.2 After Production Begins

Once your order has entered production, cancellations are not possible and no refund will be issued, as goods are custom-made to your specifications.

7.3 Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect specifications provided by the customer. Returns are only accepted in the case of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage as described in Section 6.

7.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing time is 5-7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property & Photo Uploads

By uploading a photo for printing, you confirm that you own the copyright to the image or have explicit permission from the copyright owner to have it printed. Vistaphotos accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from images provided by customers. We reserve the right to refuse to print any image that we reasonably believe to be unlawful, offensive, or in violation of third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Vistaphotos's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data.
• We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors or viruses.

10. Force Majeure

Vistaphotos shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, industrial disputes, power failures, or failures of telecommunications providers.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
