Our Services
VistaPhotos provides online photo printing, custom framing, and photo gift services. We offer:
- Photo prints in various sizes and paper qualities
- Framed photo prints with a range of frame styles
- Passport-size and document photos
- Wooden photo frames and personalised gifts
Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed.
- We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
Image Upload & Content Policy
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to print the images you upload.
- We do not print images that contain illegal content, nudity, copyrighted material without permission, or images that violate the rights of any third party.
- By uploading an image, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to reproduce it.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing inappropriate content.
Print Quality & Colour
Colours in printed photos may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. We use professional-grade equipment to deliver the highest possible quality. If you receive a print with a defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the courier.
- Please inspect your package on arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
Cancellations & Refunds
Since our products are custom-made to order, we have a limited cancellation and refund window. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In general:
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if printing has not yet begun.
- Refunds are issued only in cases of defective or incorrect prints.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind after production has started.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including logos, graphics, text, product images, and design - is the property of VistaPhotos and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VistaPhotos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
