From production to your doorstep - here's everything you need to know about how we ship your prints.
Your Order Journey
Delivery Timelines
All delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (after production is complete). Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Production time (1-3 business days) is separate from the above delivery times. Your total wait time = production time + delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Our Packaging Promise
Every Vistaphotos order is carefully packed to survive the journey in perfect condition:
- Rigid board backing prevents bending and warping during transit.
- Moisture-resistant poly wrap protects against humidity and rain.
- Printed items are sandwiched between acid-free protective sheets.
- Fragile stickers and "This Side Up" markings are applied to all packages.
- Frames are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with foam corner guards.
Courier Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable, trackable delivery across India:

- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Ekart Logistics
- India Post (for select remote pin codes)
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your shipment in real time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take full responsibility for damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will reprint and reship it at no additional cost.
For Damaged Packages
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery to our support team.
- An unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged package and product are required for us to process your replacement.
- Email us at vistaphotohub@gmail.com with your order ID and evidence.
For Lost Shipments
- If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, contact us.
- We will raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Vistaphotos is not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
If you need to change your address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at vistaphotohub@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
